Origin: INDONESIA

Scaphonyx is an Indonesian band formed in Jakarta in 2012. They mostly played rock, alternative, and rock'n'roll. Current Scaphonyx are Raja Gibran (Lead vocalist), Ghazy Alif (Bass), Akel (Guitar), Azis Bustomi (keyboard), Aji (Guitar)

When They're formed in 2012, the original formation was Raja as vocalist and playing guitars, Ghazy as guitarist, Tomi as keyboardist, and Rian as drummer, then Raja ask Anton to join them as a bassist

that formation doesn't last very long, Rian left Scaphonyx after having problem with some members, then, Scaphonyx got a new drummer, Rifqi. After thet, Anton also departed from the band because he doesn't come to rehearsals, and causing the band performing live without a bassist in Bep bop in 2012. then, Bagas joined the Band as a bassist. 

In December 2012, Scaphonyx was planned to perform a gig at TMII, Jakarta. Rifqi injured his foot, so Scaphonyx looking for a replacement, and they met Akel for the first time, Then, Akel replaced Rifqi to play at the TMII gig. 

Bagas left Scaphonyx in early 2014, but still in good terms with Scaphonyx. After bagas left

 the band, Ghazy replaced him as bassist, and Akel joined the band as guitarist. in August 2014, Rifqi left the band after having problem with Ghazy.
